A source of reference when chaos and confusion sets in. Where every officers and members can clearly understand their roles, duties and obligations as well as their limitations. A steadfast ally against adversities, willing to defend you by its purpose, objectives and ideals .
The absence thereof is equivalent to a runway train or a boat without a sail, a car without brakes...
