Ateneo De Naga High School Batch '86

Congratulations Apol Arcilla on the baptism of his daughter Sarah Arcilla. The baptism was held on 10 AM, January 2, at the Immaculate Concepcion Church. Godfathers were Edwin Calisura, Andy Herrera, Joey Vibar, Alan Badiola, Taba Pellas, Ding Grageda and Nono Fabian.

The reception was held at Apol's place at Barangay Del Rosario, Naga City. As seen in the webcam shots, the batch 86er attendees were having a good time.

Perhaps the most important news from our Naga batch mates was that Ding Grageda was selected to be Vice President of the ADNUGAA, Allan Panes as Auditor, and Rommel Fajardo as a Board Member.There will also be an upcoming general assembly on the 23rd of January to discuss our coming homecoming in 2011. The general assembly will be held at Fong Ramos' residence.

Another classmate of ours was in the limelight. Abundio V. Nunez better known as 'Jukes' was recently featured on the internet's Yahoo News, working as a Provincial Emergency Management Official based in Legaspi City. With Mt. Mayon's recent volcanic activities, this will prove to be another busy event for our classmate and his team.

If you would recall a few months back, Jukes sent us those awesome aerial snapshots of Mt. Mayon, exhibiting some early signs of volcanic activity around its crater. We posted it here on our website. It was also Juke's idea to pose the question for us, whether Mt. Mayon is due for another eruption or not, long before the public was informed. I guess you predicted it right batchmate. Keep up the good work, Godspeed Jukes! We are proud of you!
